I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of adults/teens with mental health needs. I work full time at Inspire Psychological Services located in Murrysville. I strive to help clients who want to learn how to cope with current life circumstances and who want to address long standing and deep rooted personal problems. I help clients who want to transform personal problems into their own personal growth! I have worked with a myriad of different mental health conditions including, but not limited to, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Eating Disorders, Drug Addictions, Borderline Personality Disorder, etc. Along with treating clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health diagnoses, I also specialize in treating clients who suffer with Chronic Pain. I have intensively researched the effects of Chronic Pain as well as the multi-disciplinary approach needed to treat and cope with Chronic Pain Conditions. I select particular techniques from different therapeutic models, depending on what I feel is best for the client's needs, and use them together. Three models I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
