I treat adolescents, adults and families; many of whom are struggling with the effects of anxiety or depression. My clients and I work together to determine an effective, goal-oriented treatment plan. I use a holistic perspective to address emotional, physical and spiritual concerns. Short term therapy options, which are more directive and solution focused are available as well as longer treatment options to address persistent issues within the family system. I am trained in EMDR and am a certified Hypnotherapist. I use these techniques to teach relaxation skills, to intervene with anxiety symptoms and trauma as well as for smoking cessation and weight loss.
