I specialize in providing individualized therapy to adults and couples. As a therapist I support clients by meeting them where they are-- whether they are stuck, struggling, merely coping, or are seeking to enhance their lives and relationships. I enjoy helping clients to develop insight about their existing strengths and experiences. Through collaborative dialogue, I work with clients to increase their level of hope, confidence and motivation to find and implement original solutions to address challenges. Since we are all "works in progress," developing the skills and tools to enrich ourselves and our relationships is an ongoing process.
