I have enjoyed 27 years of experience helping families and children. I have a profound desire to help others navigate the challenges that life offers. I believes that the most challenging times in our lives are also the moments that contain the highest potential for tremendous growth. Sometimes we feel like we have no choices and life is happening to us, but by remembering that we can choose how we respond to the events in our lives we can be empowered to grow, thereby gaining wisdom and strength. I have maintained my License as a Clinical Social Worker since 1993. I have worked with all age groups from early childhood to the elderly. I have a solid understanding of depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD/ADD, divorce, addiction, sexual assault, parenting, children with exceptionalities, and behavior management.
