I like working primarily with women who are experiencing that "stuck" feeling, that we all, at times, go through. I believe that someone's thoughts have a great impact on how that person feels and acts. I show how these thoughts form habits and offer practical tools to help people change their habits in order to change their lives. I work well with women experiencing anxiety and depression. I also like working with women who suffer from low self-esteem. I can help women who are experiencing anger at their circumstances. I have considerable experience dealing with grief and loss. I am a warm, genuine person. I come alongside clients and foster an authentic relationship that is essential for change. I use a combination of practical and experiential techniques such as relaxation and specialties such as adventure therapy. I am currently in the process of getting certified in hypnotherapy.
