I am an empathetic therapist who specializes in helping adults and older adults who are struggling with life changes and challenges. I believe in taking an integrative approach to therapy and will work with you to develop new coping skills. Whether you are feeling anxious or depressed due to events/emotions/behaviors that are making you feel overwhelmed or are reacting to the loss of a loved one or have been diagnosed with a chronic or sudden illness, we can work together to find ways to help you to a more livable, functional place mentally and spiritually. My office is conveniently located directly off of Route One in Falmouth with plenty of free parking.
