These include inpatient facilities, infertility specialists, different support groups, a licensed naturopathic doctor, psychiatrists, psychologists, health coach, and many others. Appointments are available today! For incomes sensitive options, I offer pre-paid packages. Substance abuse assessments are 200.00. I am an approved DHR provider and part of the treatment team with the Shelby County Family Dependency Court.
