Are you struggling to enjoy life, yet are not sure what it is that is missing? Creating a safe place where you can get honest with yourself is my first goal. This honest self-reflection is the first step in resolving ANY problem. Discovering your authentic self is next, and provides you the direction on where you want to go. Life can seem really hard sometimes, but with the right support and commitment, things DO get better! I have dedicated my life to providing that support to help others live a life which is full, productive, and joyful. I work with all adults, and late teens on issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and lack of direction/meaning in life. I specialize in addiction issues, individuals impacted by the addiction of others, co-dependency and post treatment/early recovery problems. In addiction to my private practice, I am also part of Release Trauma Workshops, which provide 5 day intensive trauma workshop retreats. Individuals participating in the trauma workshop will stay at a retreat center for 5 days, where we can explore root causes of trauma and learn coping skills.
