The main reason why I became a therapist was because as a school teacher I came in contact with a lot of children and adolescents who had issues that weren't being addressed properly. I made a commitment and took it upon myself to help children and teens so that they could become happy, confident, independent, self-sufficient members of society. I will help you and your family members get through uncertain and difficult times successfully by working with your child on developing better coping skills, communication skills, more positive behaviors, enhanced self-esteem and different ways to overcome life's adversities. I am a nurturing and caring therapist who focuses on what is going on now and I provide techniques, strategies and skills that can be used right away so that your child will begin to feel better be more in control of his/her life immediately. I only work with children, adolescents and their families. I am very knowledgeable in all child related topics.
