Adults, adolescents, children and families learn to make life changes in the safe, calm and confidential setting of my practice. We identify clearly what will be most helpful to the client. My years of experience as a psychologist have taught me about the courage those facing complex life difficulties bring to psychotherapy. Adults, childen and adolescents are given help finding solutions . That is what my practice offers. Depression, anxiety, ADHD questions and answers, trauma, school difficulties, divorce, parent-child conflict, loss, EMDR interventions, for children, adolescents and adults are specialties. I have an extensive developmental psychology background. Adults, children, adolescents and their parents receive competency-based, thoughtful, current diagnostic evaluation and best practice- based therapy. My community based, confidential psychology practice is based on my extensive experience and knowledge. There many ways to help people change and I use a wide array, including EMDR, mindfulness-based relational techniques, cognitive-behavioral treatment, DBT and play therapy.
