I have extensive experience with adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, social and relationship issues. I am experienced in the fields of addiction and recovery, and also work well with people affected by the substance use of a loved one. I have worked with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, day treatment, schools and outpatient settings. My training allows me to use a variety of approaches, but my first goal is always relationship and trust development, as I believe a good working alliance must begin there. I am in practice with another LCSW. Between us, our skills reach across the spectrum of age, gender and need. We can address acute and long-term family and personal crises, depression and anxiety, women's issues, self-esteem, addiction and recovery, relationship problems, and finally, all adolescent concerns. I am committed to helping adolescents with the developmental issues they face, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and social skills issues. I will provide individual, group, family or consultation services, as need dictates. I enjoy working with adolescents and feel comfortable discussing difficult issues with them.
