Michael Snowden, LMSW, received his Master's degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University. Mike works with a range of ages including: adults, adolescents, and children. Mike has experience helping clients address a variety of concerns including depression and anxiety. He also has a passion for working with people who are struggling to overcome substance use issues as well as people who are concerned about their sexuality or sexual behaviors. Mike uses a variety of treatment approaches including motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Mike uses a holistic approach to treatment including environment and outside forces. Michael uses a variety of approaches in therapy including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Mike is currently specializing in DBT and offers the full DBT experience including not only individual therapy but also including DBT skills classes.
