Cindi Stoneman received her Masters in Counseling from Ottawa University and her Bachelor's degree from A.S.U. with a background in Education. Cindi is a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with Adolescents, Adults, Couples, and Families. Cindi has many years of experience working with children and adolescents and helping each family work together in which to achieve the healthiest level of functioning. Each family presented to her is considered to be unique and their issues are treated in individual ways. When working with my clients I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. Worked extensively with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, self-confidence issues, loss/grief, & relationship difficulties. By focusing on communication, decision making, & problem solving techniques my clients are able to decrease depressive symptoms, improve relationships & self esteem. I also use behavioral strategies to help clients reduce anxiety & improve organization/time-management skills. I offer counseling in my Office and On-Line from your computer.
