TAKING NEW CLIENTS, as of July 1, 2015! I am passionate about helping adults with depression, anxiety, and ADHD obtain optimum mental health. In my personal and professional opinion, the experience of stress and mental health problems are primarily due to the interaction between environmental factors and an individual's brain health. Utilizing multiple interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, LENS Neurofeedback, and a Brain Systems approach, I am able treat specific brain systems influenced by past physical or psychological damage. As a result, clients can attain more efficient and enduring outcomes. I specialize in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD utilizing interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, LENS Neurofeedback (the Low Energy Neurofeedback System), and the Dr. Daniel Amen Clinics Brain Systems Method.
