I utilize an integrated approach to counseling drawing from solution focused techniques, person centered therapy, CBT, & family systems therapy. I have specialty training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting), & Thinking for Change. I have experience supporting clients who are dealing with a range of challenges including depression, attachment disorders, relationship issues, domestic violence and abuse, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexuality and gender related issues, ADHD, anger management, behavioral issues, ODD, conduct disorders, coping skills development, parenting training, and wellness coaching.
