I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Agency Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field since 2002 and have been counseling since 2004. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families.I provide support to work through issues including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and substance use. I counsel men and women, straight and LGBTQ. I incorporate aspects of a variety of therapeutic models into my practice, including aspects of CBT, REBT, and person centered approaches.I believe therapy provides an opportunity to develop and explore goals, to learn and practice effective communication, and to foster self-esteem and self-efficacy. My goal is to provide an environment where you will feel safe to express yourself, explore your goals and who you are as a person or couple, and to continue on your journey with a clearer vision of what you can achieve.
