"Contacting a therapist for the first time can be uncomfortable regardless of the challenges you may be facing. I am here to help!! " I specialize in working with children, teens and families, in addition to working with couples and individuals. I believe the foundation of therapy is to develop a safe and trusting relationship. Because each client is unique and has their own story, I strive to understand my clients in the context of their psychological, physical and spiritual background. Together we will create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet your needs, hopes and desired goals. My passion is working with teens, families and couples. In addition to my diverse experience working with individuals, I have been married for 28 years and am the mother of 3. These life experiences are helpful in bringing a level of understanding and insight to my clients. Additional specialties include: Pre-Marital and Trauma Therapy. I specialize in working with individuals and families that have experienced Trauma, PTSD and Family Relational issues. My approach is strength based, action driven and present-focused. I often use art and sand tray therapy when working with my clients.
