You'll receive a comprehensive evaluation that includes medical, psychological, drug use, wellness, spiritual assessment. At the evaluation's conclusion, Hazelden will discuss findings and recommendations with you and, with your direction, will communicate with your referents, family members, and/or employer. From admission and assessment through treatment and continuing care, Hazelden works closely with well-being and monitoring programs, at your request, to ensure that your particular needs are being met. Core programming involves intensive group therapy, psychoeducational services, and individual counseling. In addition, group work specifically for health care professionals provides you with powerful insights from peers facing similar challenges and situations. Through ongoing sessions with our health care professionals staff members, you will also have the opportunity to address issues related to professional licensure, employment status, anonymity, reputation, career, professional practice, and participation in monitoring programs.
