You'll receive a comprehensive evaluation that includes medical, psychological, drug use, wellness, spiritual assessment. At the evaluation's conclusion, Hazelden will discuss findings and recommendations with you and, with your direction, will communicate with your referents, family members, and/or employer. Core programming involves intensive group therapy, psychoeducational services, and individual counseling.
