I enjoy working with people, of all ages, to help them overcome challenging issues in their lives. I specialize in depression and anxiety, as well as grief and loss. Spirituality and Christian issues are of special interest to me, and I enjoy working with individuals or couples to resolve relationship/marital/family issues. I also enjoy working with those dealing with Co-dependency issues, as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have a special place in my heart for our Veterans who may suffer w/PTSD. I have worked with Personality Disorders, and offer DBT to those who have difficulty regulating emotions. I have worked with children and adolescents as a Youth Director and an Adoption Specialist before becoming a therapist, and enjoy seeing them explore their identity as they grow and develop. I have a heart to see people succeed in relationship(s), and to find their soul mates. As a Life Coach, I help those who have failed in relationship, explore the self and define what they would like in a soul mate. As a therapist or Life Coach, I am Certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. My work with clients and horses is "on the ground work."
