I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years. Whether you suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-worth, parenting or relationship issues, life transitions, or need help managing day to day stress, we can work together to resolve these problems and provide you a more peaceful, satisfying life in the process. I primarily use cognitve behavioral therapy. CBT focuses on thought patterns and their impact on our behaviors. I also use relaxation and teach mindfulness techniques. My office is safe and filled with natural light and plants. My associate, Cookie, will also be on hand to greet you. All major insurances are accepted inclucing Mainecare and/or Medicare as well as self-pay. Both self-pay and insurance co-pays are negotiable.
