I have more than 20 years of experience counseling with children, adolescents, adults, parents and families. Regardless of my client's stage of life, I believe it is essential to the therapeutic process for the client to feel safe and comfortable with the therapist. I work with all of my clients to build that trust and a relationship built on mutual respect that will provide the best opportunity for success. This is particularly important for my younger, more reluctant clients that are usually brought to counseling by concerned parents after experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties. The social and emotional needs of gifted individuals is one of my specialty areas. My experience working with clients facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, parenting difficulties, autism spectrum, ADHD, anger management, life transitions, childhood and adolescent concerns can be an asset to you in your quest for a balanced and fulfilling life.
