With over thirty years of experience I have worked in varied settings, seeing clients in both long term and short term therapy. I have helped individuals and couples navigate difficult passages in their lives. Clients come to my practice when they are experiencing anxiety, sadness or stress in personal relationships, workplace circumstances or issues related to transitions such as divorce, moving, the coming of a birth, adoption, or retirement. People who have worked with me describe the experience as calming, supportive and nonjudgmental. Attention is focused on self discovery and support of the individual's strengths.
