I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Pensacola area and I enjoy working with children, ages five to nineteen, and their parents. I truly believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, and especially enjoy nurturing this resiliency and hope in children, adolescents and families. My experience includes working with children with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, ADHD, thoughts of self harm, behavioral problems, history of abuse and neglect and family relational problems. I am also trained in and practiced Positive Parenting skills and enjoy using this treatment practice when working with children and their caregivers. I love helping children and families with a variety of mental health and behavioral issue. My passion is working with children who have a history of trauma, abuse and neglect. I hope to be able to serve clients who can benefit from the Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment modality. While most practices work with adults, my practice specializes in working with children and their families. I am a one woman practice, which allows me to be personally available to my clients from the first to last session. I truly love working with children of all ages and stages!
