I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida (SW 12260). My practice focuses on mindfulness and working towards the best you possible! My expertise is in working with children (0-14) and their families through difficult life circumstances like divorce, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, hyperactivity and family conflict. I also work with adults who are seeking personal growth and enrichment. In my daily practice I use therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, behavior management, art and play. My experience as a therapist has given me a strong faith in client empowerment and an individual's ability to develop strengths and cope with life-long stressors.
