I hold the belief that we each have within us the tools, guidance, and strength to work through issues and overcome obstacles that tend to block us from leading happy, joyful lives. My job is to provide you with a safe and compassionate environment that allows us to shine the light on areas that need attention including: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, parent/child relational issues, work/life balance, and life transitions. Personal growth work can be challenging, but incredibly valuable and worth the effort when we dedicate the time and energy into healing. I look forward to our work together! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I have over 15 years experience in the Community Mental Health field in many roles, including Parent Educator, Case Manager, Supervisor, Therapist, and Director. I am also a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, and offer counseling, guidance, and support for parents of special needs children.
