Are you ready for something different? I offer an alternative and holistic approach to traditional psychotherapy, combining Transpersonal and Somatic Experiencing psychology. Training and 15 years experience include, MA & BA degrees in Social work, SEP-3rd year advance II student, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, case management, community mental health, child protection, HCT section 65 clinician, and public school based clinician. I work with youth, individuals, families, groups. Specialties include complicated family systems, trauma, pre-marital counseling, elder life transition. I am experienced in matters of race & class and working with translators. I also offer sessions by Vsee/phone. My work addresses the nervous system, tapping into your body's own organic intelligence to bring awareness to root causes, patterns that cause you to feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, insecure, or lost. Together, we challenge old beliefs, answering the question: What do you need now to heal your life? Feeling is healing. Our stories are unique, yet we are not alone.
