Like most therapists in private practice, I treat a broad range of problems but "specialize" in treating the following: adjustment and coping through life changes, marital and divorce issues, parenting, family relations, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem, sexual issues, and anxiety. "Just getting by" or "settling" in our relationships with others AND with ourselves doesn't bring much joy or personal growth that is fulfilling. My approach enables you to push beyond those comfort zones, find your strengths, and reach for new perspectives and ways of being and living.
