Throughout life we are all challenged by change and events that cause emotional conflict. There are times when we may feel overwhelmed by these challenges, confused by the changes, and unable to see possible solutions. One of the first steps toward those solutions may be choosing to seek the help of a licensed professional. Therapy can help in discovering our capacity to learn new ways of perceiving that may lead to a more satisfying way of seeing life. Then change and personal growth will occur. My style of practice is very natural and non-judgmental.
