I provide counseling for children and adults in a friendly relaxed environment. I have experience with a variety of issues including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, behavior management and relationship difficulties. I have experience with children in regular education as well as those with special needs. I also have worked with families formed through adoption. Parenting can be challenging and it is often helpful to discuss problems with a professional. In addition to talk therapies, I sometimes use play therapy, sand tray therapy and the expressive arts to facilitate the healing process.
