To become healthy and balanced individuals and partners, I believe we all need to develop our capacity to embrace and accommodate and learn from change and adversity. I work to foster a strong working relationship with my clients and to create a safe setting for growth and development. I am passionate about helping my clients improve their coping skills, gain insight into recurring patterns, and address deeper issues on their journey to becoming a more whole, authentic, stable, and well human being. I offer individual and couples therapy. I conduct evaluation and testing for adults to assess Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning disorders, and Emotional/Psychological functioning. I also provide clinical supervision for therapy and assessment. Having worked in the field of psychotherapy for almost 20 years, I have worked with a variety of clients and gained expertise in a wide array of treatment modalities. I specialize in both therapy and assessment.
