I have been helping adults, couples, and families since 1975. I teach at two universities in their Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy programs. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. I am past President of the Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I prefer a collaborative approach in my work with my clients - combing their knowledges with my own toward more preferred outcomes. I help people who have suffered traumas and may be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. I help people who are suffering from depression and anxiety that arise from the stressors of life and in relationships, and may be struggling with spirituality and it's importance in their lives.
