I offer supportive counseling and a safe space for children, adolescents, adults and families to share their stories. I focus on strengths and work with clients to find solutions that work for them. I use Solution Focused treatment, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Dialectical Behaioral Therapy (DBT) and many other treatment modalitites to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues and many more. The last 3 years I have had extensive training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a treatment designed to help children, ages 7-18, process trauma. I have also been trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy,for children birth to 5 who have experienced trauma.
