Featured on NBC news and a published author, my background includes more than twenty years of private practice. After "curing" most of Washington D.C., except Congress, I have now opened a new practice in Fort Myers, my new hometown. My office is at the Center for Optimal Living, 12641 World Plaza Lane, Suite 56, Fort Myers, Florida 33907. I offer online therapy including skype, email and sms as many people prefer this convenience. Please ask when you make contact. I offer an array of services: individual and group therapy for women and men of all ages from teens through seniors. I am an expert in group therapy which is an effective and exciting form of therapy for some clients. I collaborate with a child and adult psychiatrist in the office. My clients, some of whom have continued with me by phone from D.C., tell me they appreciate my use of both humor, love and persistence as I work with them on their quest for a more healthy and humane lifestyle. So laughter is a part of change and recovery.
