I strive to create a judgment free and safe space for my clients to express themselves. A therapeutic relationship that is built on trust and understanding is crucial so that every person can feel heard and understood. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families and helping them work through life's challenges. You are the expert on your life and experiences; my job is to guide you through and offer you support on your personal journey. I work with adults, children, teens, couples and families using a collaborative approach. I believe that each person is unique and deserves an approach that is just as special. Working with the entire person and discovering who they truly are, is important to a good therapeutic experience. Appointments are available Monday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays. Also, fluent in Russian. I have experience working with multi-cultural couples, blended families, teens, divorce, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, communication, gender/role confusion, behavioral issues, parenting challenges, infidelity, anxiety and more.
