Tiffany Estes has been assisting trauma survivors through their journey to healing for over a decade. Her clinical practice includes individual and group therapy. Tiffany works with victims of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, rape, combat trauma, domestic violence, natural disasters, and trauma experienced by law enforcement and other emergency response personnel. Tiffany also works with those dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and many other life challenges. Tiffany is trained in evidenced based (proven) treatments for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Seeking Safety. As a highly-trained therapist, she is experienced in the use of Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well. Tiffany believes in providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment so that people feel comfortable and secure in working through painful memories and taking steps to reclaim their lives following trauma.
