If you or a loved one are suffering from feelings of helplessness, anxiety, anger, worthlessness, chronic irritation and frustration, or trauma of any sort, I will partner with you to heal the wounds that are causing these damaging feelings. I provide results oriented counseling to clients who are ready to engage in self-healing, discover and build their core strengths, and identify new behaviors that will allow them to live a happier life. One foundation in my practice centers on trauma identification and healing through the use of EMDR and Narrative Therapy. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Giving birth to a new self is a complex and sometimes painful process. It is more successful with assistance from someone who cares. A new-self embraces the mind, body, and spirit. I utilize therapies and interventions that enhance these connections, birthing a unique and personally whole self. I am warm and non-judgmental. My environment reflects the calm and tranquil manner in which I work. I take a creative, interactive approach to therapy in response to each clients unique personality. Within every client is the person they long to be; together we can birth your new self.
