Waters Gone By Counseling Healing from the Past, Hope for the Future www.watersgoneby.com I have worked with a number of different counseling issues including anxiety, grief, depression, stress, trauma, conflict and life issues as well as over 20 years experience working with adolescents. I also work with married couples to improve and restore their relationship. I consider it a privilege to work with individuals through the counseling relationship. I use the therapeutic relationship in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as EMDR in my counseling approach. I take the time to get to know you and believe that you should "click" with your counselor. You should be at ease with your counselor and feel as though you can trust them with the secrets of your heart and life. Everyone can benefit from counseling and it should be seen as a strength rather than a weakness. Our past shapes our future and it is important to understand where we came from without staying in there. I believe it is important to look towards the future with hope.
