My passion is to work with teens and adults as they work towards creating a life of meaning and authenticity. We all have ups and downs and I am here to take this journey with you in counseling whether it is short term or long term. My style is collaborative, down to earth, and approachable. I value the uniqueness and strengths of each of my clients and work with each client holistically. I will be accepting new clients in my Parkcenter office beginning December 1st, 2015. I have private practice experience with individuals ages 3 and up. I have worked as a school counselor at each level with most of my experience at the junior high/high school levels. I love working with teenagers and young adults but I have room in my practice for individuals in all seasons of life. Incorporating nature therapy (holding sessions outside, in the park, or on the trail), yoga, and other forms of creative self expression are always options, whether you feel more comfortable in those environments or just want to try something new.
