I believe everything we need is already inside of us and sometimes, when we get lost, we could use some help getting a hold of our true self. My aproach is solution focused and direct and I will work as fast as I can to get you on your way. Together we can find the answers you seek: you will learn to trust yourself and build the skills you need to make your goals a reality. I also offer phone support on a pay for service basis for coaching and counseling clients. I have training in Hypnosis and Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. I present workshops for private corporations, community centers and public schools. Topics include stress overload, high functioning depression, communication and leadership skills, team work, parenting. I am a volunteer for the Carver Medical Response team and Emergency Response Team. As a Coach I provide tools for growth, overcoming obstacles, and forming better human relationships. Exploring family grief and loss, I wrote "Living While Dying." I co-wrote and published a book, through Adams Media Publishing Co., called "The Everything Parent's Guide to Children with Anxiety, and I am currently working on "I Knew, But I Married Him Anyway" and "100 days or more."
