I believe healing and transformative growth occurs through relationship with others. My approach to therapy is both systemic and client centered. I look at family of origin patterns and how significant relationships impact our perspectives, experiences, and behavior. I believe the client should guide the therapeutic process and I am honored to be a part of the journey. I have received training in non-directive experiential play therapy and sand tray therapy. I have received basic level training in emotion focused couples therapy and plan to continue the journey to become certified as an emotion focused couples therapist.
