Since completing my Master's in 2008, I have worked in mental health and addictions and gained experience working with a wide range of clients. I use different approaches based on what works best for you, including CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, GLBT affirmative therapy, and DBT-informed treatment.
