Every person is unique because you bring your own history with you. While history is important, it doesn't have to dictate our future. Whether I am seeing an individual, couple or family, I know we bring with us the people who are part of our stories and it is a privilege to hear yours and hear what matters most in your life. I believe there is hope for changing patterns that may not be working, healing for relationships with others and ourselves and I would value your trust if you choose to work with me. Support is available. My specialty areas include couples work, coping skills for depression and anxiety, sexual identity/orientation, spirituality/religious concerns, transitions in parenting (ex: adolescents to college), dealing with infidelity and divorce recovery. I use an integrated approach depending on areas of need and individuals involved but I have family systems background. While I see individual clients, I also work with many couples and any variety of family configurations. I have experience in working with late adolescents/college students to all ages of adulthood. Some lunch-time appointments available as well as after 4:30pm/evening appointments to accommodate client work schedules.
