"In life's ups and downs we all need that positive force to make good decisions and succeed in the challenges we encounter." As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I work with people to increase confidence and develop the tools to cope with the difficulties in everyday life as well as increase awareness for growth in all that life has to offer. I work with adults individually and as couples focusing on relationship issues, career, and other life changing events. I work with adolescents; with focus on the challenges of the teen years including substance use/abuse.
