Even when we feel stuck, hurt or confused; our mood or life feel off balance; or our relationship has lost it's way, with the right support, we can draw upon existing strengths and wisdom to take the leap into transitions towards a better life for ourselves. I work with couples, seeking a bridge back to one another when distance, conflict or communication difficulties have taken away their sense of connectedness and understanding. I work with individuals to help them find a sense of clarity and direction, and the resilience to clear away obstacles or painful memories that seem insurmountable. I help clients address: Relationship Concerns - improving communication, shifting out of hurtful patterns, creating closeness, crossing cultural barriers; Mood Concerns - depression, anxiety, stress; Body Image Difficulties - redefining relationship to our bodies and food; Infertility; Parenting Concerns; Trauma - when memories still hurt; & Difficult Relationship Endings - moving on with courage and clarity. I am deeply moved by people's courage and resilience! I work collaboratively with clients, honoring their strengths and knowledge; tailoring services to fit the concerns of each client. I am commited to providing respectful, responsive care with genuine warmth, compassion, humility and humor, ensuring that each client feels heard.
