My goal is to create a safe, accepting environment where there is room for you to move emotions and transform beliefs that block you from how you want to see and experience life. I enjoy working with both couples and individuals. My work with couples is a collaborative process where you, your partner, and I work together to become aware of negative patterns that have developed between the two of you, and then strengthen your bond through the experience of new positive interactions.
