Welcome! I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, no matter where they are in life. I use a strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy approach coupled with a warm and empathic style to help adolescents, adults, seniors, professionals and couples create and sustain positive change in their lives and relationships. Counseling can be short-term/solution-focused, or longer-term, depending on your needs and desires. My goal is to help you tap into dormant strengths, recognize and build on past successes, and address any thinking and/or behavior patterns that may be negatively impacting your relationships and your ability to live a richer, more fulfilling life. My areas of focus include stress, depression, anxiety, grief, wellness, relationship issues, life transitions, parenting, self-esteem, anger management, or boundary issues. I am also a certified facilitator in Prepare/Enrich, one of the most comprehensive, widely-used, and effective programs for premarital counseling, marriage enrichment, and marriage counseling.
