It is sometimes difficult to admit that one has a problem, it is even more difficult to decide to do something about it. I am a firm believer that there are times when life can feel too stressful. I strive to teach my clients various ways to deal with their stressors in order to live a healthier life. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults.
