I offer mediation coaching, divorce coaching, and conflict coaching. Mediation coaching helps prepare individuals for mediation by making them feel confident, comfortable, and knowledgeable about the mediation process. Divorce coaching helps empower individuals throughout the divorce process by guiding them through the emotional, financial, and logistical demands associated with terminating a marriage. Conflict coaching helps open doors for creating more effective, satisfying ways of dealing with relationships, your family, and challenges at work. As a coach, one of my specialties is working with individuals going through divorce. Both mediation coaching and divorce coaching help individuals communicate and negotiate more effectively, identify and focus on goals and priorities, manage the process with organization and credibility, and maximize chances for a desirable outcome.
