Dr. Hudson is dedicated to helping people live healthier, happier,and more productive lives. Many people decide to begin therapy because they have tried for a long time to deal with personal and or professional problems without success. Frequently they seek treatment during a crisis in which they feel at a loss regarding what to do next. The individual also may have various emotional and physical symptoms which interrupt normal daily activities. Some of the people Dr. Hudson has helped have had issues in the following areas: relationship conflict, death of a loved one, mood problems for self or family member, acute or chronic medical or mental illness in the family, divorce adjustment, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse and anger management. Dr. Hudson is in Private Practice and during her training has also worked in hospitals and clinics as an individual and marriage/family therapist. Her prior career as a Registered Nurse has been an invaluable asset in helping people deal with problems, alleviate symtoms, and improve their quality of life.
