Areas of expertise include addictions (chemical and behavioral), dual diagnosis, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I am also experienced in working with life transitions, stress management, women's issues, emotional regulation, sleep issues, self esteem, relationship issues. I believe that we have an endless capacity for transformation and growth because I have seen it happen again and again.
